Introduction
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is an important body constituted to ensure continuous improvement in the academic and administrative quality of a college. It works to develop a culture of quality within the institution, enhance the effectiveness of the teaching–learning process, and ensure institutional development in accordance with national standards.
At Saint Harkewal shiksha Mahavidyalaya Ambikpur, the IQAC functions as a strong mechanism dedicated to promoting excellence in teacher education, encouraging innovation, and ensuring the overall academic advancement of the institution.

Major Functions
Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR)
Review and evaluation of academic and co-curricular activities
Organization of workshops, seminars, and training programs for teachers and students
Up gradation of teaching–learning resources
Development of feedback systems and implementation of corrective measures
Promotion of digital learning and ICT-based innovations
